Sushi making with Confidential Support Team!

Event Details:

Tuesday, April 23, 2024
12:00pm - 1:30pm PDT

Location

EVGR B 144

Mari Kugoh Evers, CST Counselor, who is originally from Japan, will demonstrate how to make home style sushi rolls, which is great for practicing self-care and mindful eating. This event will be a space to pause, unwind, and connect with other students in the broader grad community. We will be making cucumber rolls, avocado rolls, and Philadelphia rolls with smoked salmon. Sushi rolling activities will be followed by mochi and green tea. No experience required; all ingredients & equipment provided.

Limited Event Capacity: This event is for Stanford graduate students only. Attendance will be capped at 30 participants. Participants will be selected via lottery and notified by email.

If you need a disability-related accommodation, please email Irene Deng at ideng@stanford.edu by April 15th, 2024. Contact Irene and Mari (mevers@stanford.edu) for event questions.
