COVID-19 Vaccinations

Stanford to require all undergrad, graduate and professional students on campus this fall to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Stanford Health Care is providing COVID-19 vaccinations for eligible populations. Scheduling is through MyHealth or via phone, at 650-498-9000. Please note that Color COVID testing twice per week continues to be required for vaccinated individuals. All Stanford employees and students who are unvaccinated are encouraged to visit one of Stanford Health Care’s vaccination sites for a first-dose vaccination from Tuesday, April 27 through Saturday, May 1. You may be accompanied by family members aged 18 and over, regardless of their health benefits, for vaccination at the same time.

These are first-dose vaccinations of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. Second-dose appointments will be made on-site at the time of first-dose administration.

You are encouraged to make an appointment, though walk-ins will also be accepted at each of the vaccination locations and times offered by Stanford Health Care, including at the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation on the main Stanford campus. Appointments can be scheduled through your MyHealth account with Stanford Health Care, if you have an account.
