GRADUATE LIFE OFFICE ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. Winter Closure Shut Down Campaign by Sustainable Stanford

https://sustainable.stanford.edu/cardinal-green/campaign/winter-closure-individual-action

The Winter Closure Program targets a two-week shutdown of building heating and ventilation systems, as well as custodial services. Individual actions help to maximize this effort and increase energy savings across campus. In 2014, the combined efforts of everyone on campus saved 840 metric tons of CO2 emissions. That's equal to taking 176 cars off the road for the year. Pledge today and help us surpass our 2014 savings!
