This workshop is designed for grad students looking to explore how mindfulness writing offers an invitation to understand thoughts, work through emotions, expand your perspective, and discover meaning.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to engage in brief writing sprints with guided prompts to process feelings of transition, uncertainty, and the changing nature of your academic path. Whether you're processing the loss of opportunities, reflecting on a closing chapter in your life, or navigating uncertainty, this workshop offers a supportive space to connect with your emotions and gain insight through a guided mindfulness writing practice. No prior writing experience is needed, just curiosity and openness to practice with us.
