Feeling overwhelmed by grad milestones? You’re not alone!

In this workshop led by Rachel Stumpf, an Academic Coach at the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), we’ll tackle the common sources of stress that come with navigating academic milestones and explore strategies for managing your time, staying motivated, and overcoming the obstacles that can make these projects feel daunting. Whether you’re writing a research paper, preparing for qualifying exams, working on your dissertation, or facing any other academic milestone, you’ll come away with practical ideas and information about CTL’s resources for graduate students, including their new dissertation coaching program!

Lunch catering provided. This event is open to Stanford graduate students only. A lottery will be held if this event is oversubscribed. Selected attendees will be notified via email.
